The Board of Directors recently approved an initiative to be paperless with our annual dues statements. This Fall, all members will receive an email notification that their 2017 membership dues statements have been posted to the member portal on www.ricabor.realtor. The notice will include their username and password to the portal. Members will then be responsible for logging into the portal to renew electronically by the due date. Many of you already log into the portal to renew, so the process will be very familiar to you. This change reflects the opportunity to realize cost savings and to be more environmentally friendly. It also streamlines the annual renewal process and aligns with the Department of Business Regulation’s Real Estate Division’s model of paperless renewals to licensees. Please be sure to keep the Board apprised of your most current email address and to add info@ricabor.realtor as a safe sender to your email program.
