In an effort to expand the reach and visibility of your listings on ECCPN, The RICABOR Board of Directors has been involved in discussions with the board that oversees The New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE). At the conclusion of these discussions, the RICABOR Board made the decision to discontinue ECCPN as of December 31, 2024 and encourage our members to join NECPE as of January 1, 2025. As such, October, November and December will be the last quarter to make payment to ECCPN.
We believe this movement will do two things – first to keep your monthly subscription fee very reasonable, and second to expand the visibility of your listings to realtor members throughout New England and beyond. The central difference between ECCPN and NECPE is this – ECCPN invoiced subscribers quarterly at $150/quarter and NECPE invoices annually at $580. The change to NECPE will be seamless as both platforms are operated by Moodys/Catylist, so the user experience is exactly the same.
To continue listing your properties, you will need to join NECPE between now and December 31st. The NECPE office will set up a PayPal link for you to pay for NECPE. If you wish, you may pay by check as well. The subscription fee is due by January 1, 2025. The NECPE subscription year is July 1 – June 30, so you to join as of January 1st the prorated the fee is $290. Moodys will ensure that all your listings will be transferred to NECPE to access through their portal for your access after January 1st via this link: http://www.necpe.com/. Until January 1st you will access you listings through ECCPN. We will be sending the NECPE in a separate email for your review.
