Celebrating a Successful Commercial Day and Annual Meeting
On October 30, 2024, RICABOR members and guests gathered at the picturesque Chelo’s on the Water in Warwick, RI, for a day filled with learning, networking, and celebration. Our Commercial Day and Annual Meeting brought together professionals from across the industry to reflect on our achievements and look ahead to the future.
Highlights from the Day
The morning began with two thought-provoking presentations:
- Dr. Leonard Lardaro of URI captivated attendees with his insightful analysis of the Rhode Island economy, sparking discussions about trends and opportunities.
- Peter Regan of Sayer Regan & Thayer, LLP shed light on updates to the Rhode Island Zoning Enabling Act, providing valuable guidance for industry professionals.

Supporting Our Community
As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, RICABOR presented a $1,500 check to the Boys & Girls Club of Warwick. This donation will help the organization continue its vital work supporting local youth.
Wrapping Up with Celebration
The day ended on a high note with a lively reception and cocktail hour. Members and guests enjoyed the chance to connect, reflect on the day’s events, and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year.
