RHODE ISLAND COMMERCIAL AND APPRAISAL BOARD OF REALTORS® SELECTS PAUL HARRISON AS 2025 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR
The Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS® (RICABOR) is pleased to announce that Paul Harrison, an associate with The Martone Group RE/MAX Properties, has been named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year. This award recognizes his outstanding leadership, dedication to advancing the association, and commitment to the real estate profession and community.
With more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate investment, Paul is a trusted professional known for his market knowledge, negotiation skills, and dedication to client success. He currently serves as Board President of RICABOR, where he has been instrumental in expanding the association’s Expert Forum series, which now provides free continuing education opportunities for members. Paul also actively participates in Government Affairs and the Rhode Island REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RI RPAC), advocating on behalf of real estate professionals and property owners across the state.
His record of service extends beyond RICABOR. Paul has previously served as President of the Smithfield Land Trust, where he worked to preserve open space and maintain local trail systems, and he remains engaged as a volunteer. He is also a proud member of the Smithfield Lions Club, further reflecting his commitment to community service.
Outside of real estate, Paul enjoys mountain biking, riding his Harley Davidson, and restoring his classic car. He is also a supporter of charitable causes, including fundraising efforts for the Parkinson’s Association, where he completed a bike ride around Block Island to raise awareness and support.
Paul Harrison will be recognized at the RICABOR Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
