The Department of Business Regulation released the bulletin FAQ for Real Estate Principal Brokers and Affiliated Licensees RI Real Estate Legal Requirments for Teams and Penalties for Violations on 6/13/2019. RIAR will be holding a talk forum on Friday, June 28 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm to discuss the bulletin and gather feedback.
Recently, the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (DBR) issued FAQs regarding teams and team management. The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS ® will hold a free open session with RIAR President Dean deTonnancourt and RIAR General Counsel Monica Staaf to discuss the bulletin and gather feedback from attendees to share with DBR.
