Boys & Girls Clubs of Providence $2000 Donation
RICABOR donates $2,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Providence 10/4/16: In addition to Board volunteers assisting with a Spring cleanup, they worked to execute a successful fundraiser this past July to benefit the Providence Boys and Girls Clubs. James Moore, 2016 President, presented the proceeds to Nicole Dufresne, Executive Director, on 10/4/16. Forty-two percent of Providence children live in poverty and the Providence Boys and Girls Clubs provide important before and after school care, character and leadership development, health and life skills, sports and recreation services to over 5,000 members. The Board will also be seeking grants from the National Association of REALTORS® to further beautify the Clubs’ headquarters and for the uplift and cleanup of Providence’s Fargnoli Park.
